Our room was immaculately clean. I mean, either they are amazing cleaners or no one ever lived in our room. I was a little wary because it is an extended stay, which may mean harder for the staff to keep clean. The other visitors were friendly, and while the staff was clearly frazzled, they weren't unkind. There were only 3 concerns during our stay: - loud bass playing throughout the hotel between 10:30-1:30 am every night. - our keys stopped working 3 times, and only once did a staff ask for any kind of identification before rekeying our keys. - the sheets wouldn't stay on the beds due to a plastic bed bug cover.
Had an awesome stay at WoodSpring Suites and Extended Stay Hotel in Kentwood, Michigan. Booking.com made everything super quick and easy, and the place was even better than it looked online. Really happy with the room and the whole experience. Definitely recommend!
For the price, this hotel room was immaculate. Everything looks very modern and new, and the room was spotless. Not even any crappy work on the plumbing or trim. Very pleased with our stay, and especially the price. Great!!
Great rooms and stay beside Bonita at the front desk. All other employees have been great. She has a issue with how to speak with members and guest alike.
The place is very nice. Very clean and staff is too notch. It being let friendly is awesome all though they could clean the dog area up. The weeds are really tall. I have stayed there 4 times in the last month and was able to get the same room Everytime which make it very convenient to the exit and our vehicle.
The management and team are so nice and friendly. Rooms were very clean and a LOT of space. The full fridge, stove and dishwasher made my stay a lot more convenient. They even provided dishes for our room. It was very quiet and the beds were amazing. The storage was more than we could have ever imagined. The water pressure was also really nice. If you need a nice get away for 4+ days this place is definitely the best place in the area!!!
The whole staff here are very nice go out of their way to make you feel at home I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Smelled very very good the moment you walk in, smelled very clean and the room was neat and the color design was neutral. I would definitely recommend.
